At Focusing & Flowing, we partner with trusted third-party fulfillment providers to produce and ship your items with care and intention.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–7 business days. Because many of our items are made to order, processing times may vary by product.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and fulfillment provider.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery). We will work with our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue.

Returns & Refunds

Because many items are made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If an eligible issue occurs, a replacement or refund will be issued at our discretion after review.
